Welcome to TidyBox Services. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline how our services operate and help ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
​1. Services Provided
TidyBox Services provides residential cleaning services based on a standard cleaning checklist. Services are limited to tasks that can be completed safely and reasonably within the scheduled appointment time.
2. Services Not Offered
For safety, quality, and insurance reasons, we do not provide the following services:

Using ladders higher than three steps or lifting items over 25 pounds

Cleaning walls, ceilings, garages, fireplaces, exterior windows, screens, vents, filters, or appliance interiors

Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, stain removal, mold remediation, or pest removal

Post-construction or remodeling cleanup, including paint, grout, cement, or debris
3. Conditions We Cannot Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the property includes any of the following:

Biohazards such as human or animal waste, urine, vomit, blood, or unsafe sanitation conditions

Severe clutter, hoarding conditions, or excessive trash
-
Active construction, remodeling, or moving
-
No access to running water or electricity
If your home may fall into any of these categories, please contact us in advance with details or photos so we can determine if service is possible.
4. Quality Guarantee
If something was missed or not cleaned properly, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address the issue within 48 hours.
This guarantee does not apply if:

The client is present during the cleaning and does not notify us at the time
-
The concern is reported after 24 hours
-
The home is under construction or lacks water or electricity
5. Arrival Window
To allow for traffic and unforeseen delays, we operate within a 60-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled start time. We will notify you if delays occur.
6. Parking Requirements
Free street parking must be available at the time of service. If free parking is unavailable, the client is responsible for providing or covering parking costs.
If our team cannot park and the service cannot be completed, cancellation fees will apply.
7. Access to the Property
Clients may either:

Be present during the service, or
-
Provide access instructions (door code or key location)
When access is provided without the client present, TidyBox Services is not responsible for issues occurring before or after the cleaning unless clear evidence shows otherwise.
8. Payment Information
To confirm a booking, valid payment information must be added through your booking portal before the cleaning service begins. Payment is processed securely using a credit or debit card.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment information has been successfully submitted. If payment information is not added prior to the scheduled service time, TidyBox Services reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
Tips are optional but always appreciated and may be given directly to the cleaning team.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Rescheduling on short notice is treated as a cancellation.

Same day cancellations: $60

Rescheduling on the same day: $60
10. Liability and Damages
TidyBox Services is fully bonded and insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics, antiques, artwork, one-of-a-kind items, or items of sentimental value.
13. Agreement
By booking with TidyBox Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
